Office pleasant, informative, easy to work with. Honest and up-front with procedure and they requirements. Diagnostic found known problems plus a couple not so obvious. Fixed all but found I needed plug wires that weren't on the estimate. Replaced the wires free of charge. Truck (a Ford) runs good as new. Fast turnaround, fair price, quality work. Highly recommend their service dept.
The service department was fantastic. It was well worth the drive from Portland to Mathis. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all my service work.

On FEB. 7th 2025 I was traveling from Cotullia TX to Sweeney TX . My 2020 Chevy engine had fail. I made to the Chevy dealer. When i arrived to the dealer they tested my truck with the computer. It had 47 codes. They determined that the moter had failed. I call the company that had my Warranty on the truck. They ask for 4 videos and Vetrans chey sent it to them. Best experience ever! Not only did I get the truck of my dreams, I was able to roll in some negative equity, get an amazing interest rate, and received premium white glove service! Not only did we get the deal done long distance, everything was exactly as expected on delivery. The best part was that they were able to deliver the truck to my door, 7 hrs away, on New Years Day! Worst service department I have ever been involved with. They refuse to schedule me for a warranty issue. 5 months and still just excuses. I am working directly with my General Motors contacts on this poor service center. They give Chevrolet a bad name. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I brought my vehicle in at 4 pm on Thursday for a check engine light. Technician said they couldn't even look at it until Monday. I explained I lived 5 hours away and needed to be home by Sunday. Went in for an oil change on April 6th. Had an appointment for 10am everyone there was extremely friendly. Professional and fast service. I would totally keep going there for my oil changes. No complaints. The service manager is amazing.
